Stampin’ Up products are not available in shops, only through demonstrators such as me. There is no minimum order amount. However, there are extra advantages to placing a larger order. You can find out more about this under the header ‘Reward System’.
Placing an order
When you want to place an order you can do so via e-mail, Whatsapp or by phone. You can find my contact information under the header ‘Contact’. State the article number, article name / description and the quantity you wish to purchase. It is advisable to mention if you want clear-mount (for use with an acrylic block) or a wood-mount (stamp with wooden stamping blocks) stamps in the description, if the option is available. Don’t forget to note your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address with each order. It is also important to indicate what type of order you wish to place: collective order or direct order.
When you place an order, you can choose to make it a part of my collective order. The next few orderdates are noted below. In such a case, I collect the orders and have everything delivered to my home. Afterwards you can either pick it up at my house, free of charge or I can send it on to you. Delivery is through DHL and is € 5,75 (with a max weight of 10kg). I can only send orders to addresses in the Netherlands. This includes DHL and KIALA service points. Keep that in mind if you want to place an order but live on the other side of the Dutch border.

If you don’t want to wait for a collective order, I can place the order so it is delivered to you directly. Delivery is by UPS and the delivery costs are € 5,95, regardless of order amount. Direct orders are delivered within 1 workweek, if the products are in stock. Out of stock products are sent to you free of charge as soon as they are back in stock.
Of course you can place an order during a workshop. The goods will be delivered to the hostess of the party free of charge as soon as they are available. Only the hostess is eligible for Stampin’ Rewards however each client is eligible for my own reward points. You can read more about this under the header ‘Reward System’.
After placing the order, you will receive an invoice from me. As soon as payment has been received, I can implement the order. Take into account that when you place an order for the collective order, that payment needs to in my account no later than 1 day before the collective order date.

Should you change your mind and wish to alter or cancel your order, you can do so until the moment of payment. Should there be an issue with the delivered goods, please get in touch with me as soon as possible and take pictures of the issue. I will come with a solution as quickly and decently as possible.
